You loved her last year, so Snježana is returning as a speaker and will again be taking us for a deep dive into the e-shoppers of the Adriatic. How their demands are changing and how you can adapt to these changes. Coming from one of the largest delivery providers in Europe you can rest assured that she will offer a deep dive into quality data, to help you be best prepared as a seller. At the last E-commerce Jam event, her presentation took inspiration from their research which spanned over 36.000 interviews in 22 countries over Europe, and now she is bringing brand new information – relevant for 2024 and 2025!
About Snježana Stanić
She is the regional manager of marketing, communications, and development of the Out of Home network and new services. Through her professional experience in the last twelve years of work at DPD, a member of the Geopost group, she gained knowledge in market and competitor analysis, market trends recognition, and so on. Furthermore, she participates in some of the more strategically important corporate projects, aimed at improving the digital user experience of users and end recipients of packages, such as the rebranding of the official DPD sites in both countries, the launch of the myDPD online and mobile application for users, the myDPD Business application, the Return My Parcel portal and other projects that aimed at raising the quality of the customer experience.
