The information and content on the web site e-commercejam.com, which is operated by the company CENEJE družba za trgovino in poslovno svetovanje d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 155, 1000 Ljubljana, registration no. 6699421000 (hereinafter referred to as “Ceneje” or “the company” or “website owner”), is made available to users under the terms and conditions set out below. As a visitor to our website, we ask you to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out below. By viewing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, agree to and fully accept these terms and conditions.
USE OF E-COMMERCEJAM.COM
Any use of the website that does not constitute normal use by an individual is prohibited, constitutes economic damage and will be reported to the competent law enforcement authorities. Normal use is defined as use without any software tools and in terms of the normal number of requests for access in a given period of time, with a maximum of 2 requests per second being considered normal.
By using the website, you oblige that:
- you will not assume another person’s identity or present yourself with a false name or a name which you are not authorized to use;
- you will not use the website to encourage, facilitate or carry out any criminal activity;
- you will not download or upload files containing viruses, Trojan viruses or any other programs that may cause potential harm;
- you will not access or attempt to access accounts owned by other users or attempt to hack into the security systems of the website; or attempt to damage, disable or adversely affect the operation of the website.
We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access to the website at any time, temporarily or permanently, without prior warning, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of the aforementioned restrictions.

The website owner will use reasonable care to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date. At the same time, the website owner reserves the right to modify or discontinue the content of the website at any time, without any prior notice, and assumes no responsibility for the re-launch of the website. Likewise, the owner of the website may modify the data, and information available on this website at any time and without any prior notice. The use of the website owner’s trademark is only permitted with the prior permission of the website owner. All texts, images and other content displayed on the website are for information purposes only.
CENEJE and other legal entities involved in the creation or maintenance of the website shall not be held liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from access to, use of, or inability to use the data and information on the website.
CENEJE does not guarantee the accuracy of the information obtained from other entities. CENEJE’s legal liability for damages suffered by users as a result of this is therefore excluded in its entirety.
Protection of personal data and privacy management
The data collected during the signing up/registration process on the website will be used exclusively for the purposes of the Web Retailer Award competition and E-commerce JAM event or to provide and communicate relevant information regarding the event or other services should the applicant opt-in to receive offers and notifications from the organizer and/or partners of the event.
The data of participants/visitors obtained in the course of registration or participation in the conference will be treated confidentially and will only be used for the purposes for which they have been provided or are being processed (provision/conduct of the E-commerce Jam conference), and will only be used by authorized employees of Ceneje d.o.o. or, if necessary, will only be disclosed to (contractual) processors. The data may be passed on to third parties for the provision of necessary services. Data provided for this purpose will not be used for advertising services or products without the consent of the individual.
Participants of the E-commerce Jam event have the possibility to scan their accreditation in the conference area. By doing so, they give their consent to the sharing of registration data with the contractor or service provider.
The participant/visitor may exercise his/her right of access their personal data, the right to data portability, the right to rectification of inaccurate data and the right to restriction of processing, the right to erasure, or the right to object, under the conditions laid down by the legislation in force in the field of personal data protection. Please send your request or any questions to dpo@ceneje.si. The participant/visitor also has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner.
Security and privacy
Ceneje (the organizer of the event) processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which contains important information about the use of your personal data and other information related to your privacy and our security procedures and policies. We will only disclose information about you or your use of the site to the appropriate authorities if there are lawful reasons to do so and if requested to do so by the appropriate authorities. We will cooperate with any competent law enforcement authorities with court orders requesting or directing us to disclose identity for the purpose of preventing or detecting crime, for the apprehension or prosecution of offenders.

Terms and conditions of participation at the live event
Participation in the event/conference is strictly limited to those of legal age or over 18 years of age.
The conference organizers reserve the right to refuse the participation in the event of individuals who are deemed unsuitable in terms of professional orientation.
By attending, participants/visitors agree not to participate in any polling, leaflet distribution, demonstrations, controversial behavior or any activities that may disrupt the conference. If they do not comply with this, the organizer has the right to ask them to leave the conference.
It is a registration requirement that all conference participants should possess their identification document and print out a valid ticket for the event, provided by the accreditation system provider and partner of the event – Entrio.si d.o.o., via e-mail. The accreditation holder must not allow his/her accreditation to be carried by another person. Breaking this rule may result in the removal of the accreditation holder and the person carrying the accreditation from the conference.
Photographing and recording at the E-commerce Jam event
Photography and filming will take place at the event in order to promote or report on the event. Please note that official photographers will be present at the E-commerce Jam event to film and photograph the event.
By attending the conference, participants/visitors consent to being filmed and photographed, and the conference organizer and its affiliates shall have the right to use all videos and photographs of attendees for marketing and promotional purposes in any and all types of media, without compensation or liability. Only speakers of the event have the option to exercise the right to not be filmed or photographed if their company policy states it so.
By entering the premises or participating in the conference, you agree to the defined terms and conditions. Photography and filming is carried out in accordance with the applicable national law on the protection of personal data (ZVOP-1 Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 86/2004 et seq.) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Ceneje d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 155, 1000 Ljubljana stores photographs and recordings until the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled.
Rights in connection with photographs and recordings:
In accordance with applicable law (including any exceptions or derogations from such law), the data subject has the right to access his or her personal data, the right to have any errors in his or her personal data rectified and the right to object, on reasonable grounds, to processing of his or her personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with the relevant data protection authority (i.e. the Information Commissioner) in relation to the processing of your personal data. If you wish to exercise your rights and have any questions, please contact us at dpo@ceneje.si. The controller may request additional information from the participant for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of the exercise of rights relating to personal data and may refuse to act only if it demonstrates that it cannot reliably identify the participant.
The management of photographs and recordings taken at the event will be in accordance with and interpreted in accordance with EU and Slovenian law and falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovenia. This does not affect your legal rights.

TICKETING AND CANCELLATION/CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets for the event are to be purchased via the Entrio platform, while the refund policy stays as stated in the Terms of use & Conditions section of this page (e-commercejam.com).
Cancellation of participation/registration in the event/conference without costs is possible until 22.10.2024 with an email, addressed to b2bmarketing@ceneje.si.
In this case, you will receive a full refund of your registration/participation fee.
In case of later cancellation up to and including 2.11.2024, we will charge you 30% of the registration fee. All cancellations after this date are not eligible for a refund.
Participant exchanges are possible until 5.11.2024 by writing to b2bmarketing@ceneje.si.
If you do not attend the conference and do not notify us, we will not refund your registration fee/participation fee.
PAYMENT & TICKET PROVIDER
The partner of E-commerce Jam conference is Entrio.si d.o.o. (referred later as “Entrio”) facilitates and manages the promotional sale of products/services as an intermediary on behalf of and for the account of the Organiser through the www.entrio.si linked sites.
Registration In The Entrio Platform
In order to purchase products or services available on the Entrio website, the user is required to register a user profile (complete registration). Opening a user profile is essential, as this is the only way for the user to have easy and straightforward access to his/her purchases and orders, and to be able to edit and change his/her preferences.
Your Ticket
A ticket purchased on Entrio is issued in the name of the buyer or in a name specified by the buyer and is the property of the organizer and constitutes proof of purchase of a specific product or service.
The Entrio System constitutes the exclusive electronic platform for facilitating the purchase of the Organiser’s product/service/event promoted through the Entrio Site/System and, at the same time, Entrio provides a ticketing service to Buyers through the Entrio System. By accepting the offer of the Organiser, as indicated in the Entrio system, the Buyer enters into a legal transaction with the Organiser, and the Buyer is a party to this legal relationship.
At the same time, the Customer enters into a legal contract with Entrio as the service provider for the use of the Entrio system for the purpose of generating and issuing a ticket, i.e. an accreditation for access to the event, all in accordance with the General Terms of use & Conditions.
Ticket Access
After a successful purchase, the ticket to the event will be made available to users digitally in their Entrio user profile and sent to their email address.
Payment Options
The purchase of the ticket is made on the Entrio website, where customers have multiple purchase options. The service and payment processing is provided by WSPay, a system authorized by Entrio.
Depending on the event settings, the following cards can be used to pay for products/services in Entrio:
- MasterCard®
- Maestro®
- Visa (and Visa Electron)
In addition to bank cards, tickets can also be purchased by bank transfer, depending on the event settings, directly to the Entrio account, according to the instructions on the payment page. Bank payment option is automatically disabled 96 hours before the event starts to allow Entrio to record the payment and send the tickets in time.
In case of bank payment, all bookings and tickets for which Entrio has not received payment within 72 hours from the time of booking will be irreversibly canceled.
Award ceremony
Ceneje d.o.o. holds the Web Retailer Award award ceremony once a year at the E-commerce Jam event.
The participants of the award and the recipient of the award accept and agree to the following General Terms and Conditions of the competition.
GENERAL AWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WEB RETAILER AWARD COMPETITION
Award ceremony Organisers
The organizer of the online award competition is Ceneje d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 155, 1000 Ljubljana. (hereinafter referred to as the “Awards Organiser”).
Who can participate
Only those over 18 years of age may participate in the online award competition (hereinafter referred to as the “Award competition”). Employees and other associates of the Award competition Organizer are not eligible to participate in the Awards competition.
Employees of Ceneje d.o.o. may not participate in the Web Retailer Award. Participants in the Web Retailer Award authorize Ceneje d.o.o. to manage, maintain, aggregate and process the personal data collected from participants and registered users in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of personal data and the protection of personal data concerning the use of personal data. Ceneje d.o.o. ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Rules of participation
Only participants who meet the following conditions will be eligible to participate in the award competition:
- have an online shop;
- they have completed the registration form to enter the Web Retailer Award competition on e-commercejam.com.
By submitting an application, the applicant agrees that their personal data will also be processed for the purpose of awarding the prize if their entry is selected as a winner.
Competition duration
The competition will run from the 17th of June 2024 from 12:00 untill 23:59 on the 7th of November 2024 exclusively. Users who fail to register before the 8th of September will be unable to compete in the Web Retailer Award competition. The deadline of post-purchase review collecting is on the 15th of September 2023. The Web Retailer Award ceremony takes place at the E-commerce Jam event held on the date published on our sub-page Rules & Dates (here).
Post-purchase reviews for the Competition
In order to advance in the competition, applying webshops are to implement a script to their webpage that generates a pop-up survey after a customer completes a purchase. To advance in the competition an applying webshop needs to collect at least 20 post-purchase surveys. Webshops that fail to do so before the given deadline are unable to compete for awards but are still eligible for a technical analysis report if they have collected at least 5 post-purchase reviews.
Awards
No cash payment of the award is possible. The award competition organizers shall not be held liable for any material, moral or criminal consequences arising from the award or the use of the award. The award is non-transferable.
The Award Competition
The winners will be announced at the E-commerce Jam event at the communicated time and place. The results of the award competition are final and can not be appealed. After the event, the winners will be properly announced on 0ur web page and on social media profiles of Ceneje.si., Jeftinije.hr, and Idealno.rs respectively. All participants will be notified of the outcome of the competition by email, no later than one week after the official announcement.
Additional Awards
For the purposes of some additional awards, competitors that have chosen to compete for said awards are to fill out a Google Forms query, where they will provide all the necessary information needed to conduct an adequate selection process. The competitor can at any given time decide not to complete the survey, but with it, withdraw from the selection process for the desired additional award.
Award Ceremony
The winner will be able to collect the award in-person at the E-commerce Jam event, or we will arrange a pick-up at Ceneje d.o.o. at Dunajska cesta 155 later. At the client’s behest, we can also send the award by post to the address provided in the email, in case the winner is unable to attend the E-commerce Jam conference. The winner will be informed of the award, the method, and the deadline for collecting the award by the e-mail address provided at the time of registration. The winner will be contacted individually to arrange a pick-up date for the award at the Ceneje d.o.o. headquarters in Ljubljana. No cash payment of the award is possible, and no exchange of awards is possible, other than as provided for in the General Award Terms and Conditions. Participants in the Web Retailer Award are aware of the possibility of winning awards and in this respect agree to provide all necessary information, if necessary.
Privacy and Protection of Personal Data
The Organiser undertakes not to disclose to third parties the personal data of the participants collected in this award competition and to protect such data in accordance with applicable law. By participating in the award competition, the participant gives his/her consent to the organizer, as the controller of the personal data collection, to manage, maintain and control the personal data collection of the award competition participants in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1, Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 86/2004 et seq.) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Participants in the award competition consent to their personal data (name, e-mail address, telephone number, company information, and other competition required fields) being collected in the database. Participants expressly agree that the Organiser (Ceneje d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 155, 1000 Ljubljana), as the controller of the personal data, may process the personal data obtained from them independently and at its own discretion exclusively for the duration of the award competition and for the following purposes:
- the organisation and execution of the award competition in all its aspects;
- informing the winners of the result of the award competition;
- publication of the winners on the e-commercejam.com website and on Ceneje.si social channels;
- announcement of the winners in the emails that will be sent to inform all participants;
- receiving the Ceneje.si comparison shopping portal’s e-newsletter with product categories, interesting offers, shopping tips, important notifications to users, and other promotional campaigns.
Participants can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by following the link that is present in each email.
Ceneje d.o.o. may process the personal data collected for the purposes of informing about sampling rewards, surveys, and statistical data processing, for determining the use of the services, customizing the offer and segmentation, for market research, informing about offers, news, and benefits, and for other marketing purposes. The Customer undertakes not to disclose the data to third parties. The winner also authorizes the publication of his/her name, surname, photo and any other necessary identification data on the website and Social media channels of the Organiser. The award cannot be exchanged for cash or other awards.
Rights of Participants in the Implementation Based on Their Consent
An individual may at any time request the award Organiser to permanently or temporarily stop using his or her personal data. Such a request may be made at any time to b2bmarketing@ceneje.si, specifying that he/she wishes to withdraw their consent given in context of this award competition.
In addition, he/she has the following rights:
- The right to access or extract his/her personal data collected in connection with him/her in machine-readable form;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate data collected in connection with it;
- the right to “forget” (delete) all the data collected about him/her, provided that the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation are met;
- the right to file a complaint against the controller with a supervisory authority if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data infringes the General Data Protection Regulation.
Any of the above requests concerning the exercise of rights relating to personal data shall be addressed in writing to the Controller’s e-mail address: info@ceneje.si or dpo@ceneje.si. The controller may request additional information from the participant for the purposes of reliable identification in the event of the exercise of rights relating to personal data but may refuse to act only if it proves that it cannot reliably identify the participant.
Responsibility
The award organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from interruptions in access to or malfunctions of the website, nor shall it guarantee the success of the use of the website.
Complaints
Any questions or complaints regarding the award distribution can be sent to b2bmarketing@ceneje.si. The decision of the Award Organiser on all issues relating to the awards and the rules of the Web Retailer Award is final and applicable to all entrants. Written objections and submissions that do not comply with the Award Rules will not be considered.
Final Provisions
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to extend the award period, to suspend the Competition, and amend the General Terms and Conditions during the award Period for reasons of force majeure, abuse of the system, or any other act beyond its reasonable control, to cancel a particular award Period and restart the Competition under the existing or amended terms and conditions or to decide to suspend the Competition and not present awards. Entrants to the award competition waive any legal claims against the Promoter directly or indirectly related to their participation in the award competition.
